Hello. This site is for many of our young women to view words of advice, and more importantly, read words of encouragement from adult women and some of theirs peers about living a positive and productive life.
I realize many of our young women have experienced a great deal of pain or witnessed women in their life go through pain and struggles. They may feel as though they can never trust anyone to truly care for or about them without wanting/demanding something in return. Too many of our young women are victims and many more have decided to they will not allow themselves to fall prey to mistreatment. So they have developed a multitude of defenses to protect themselves. This has led to a constant feeling of mistrust in relationships, deeper pain and bouts of depression.
In an attempt to heal the wounds and build a better sense of self-worth and confidence in our young women, I have started this series for adult women to speak to our young women. I believe reading words of advice, testaments, and encouragements from a variety of women will help our young women see the potential they have to be more than what they see on television or video games. These everyday women include housewives, single moms, blue collar and white collar working women sharing caring thoughts and honest feelings about what they see going on with our young women. As well as, helpful advice to grow and become strong confident young ladies.
I realize there will be issues included here that some women will not want to read, but I pray they will have an open mind and accept that these passages are from the heart of caring women wanting to share their experience and knowledge. I pary they pass these thoughts to the next generation of young women.

Being a guy, my view of beauty when it comes to women will be slanted. But I hope you will still understand the reasoning and purpose for my comments.
I have had numerous conversations with female friends about the appearance and attractiveness of women. It’s funny that a woman’s weakness is vanity and a man’s weakness is pride. But we can have that discussion another day.
A woman’s beauty is much deeper than her hairstyle. A woman’s beauty is much deeper than the cosmetics she applies. A woman’s beauty is deeper than the clothes (or lack of clothing) and shoes she wear. Her beauty does not come from her cup size, waist size, or butt size.
A woman’s beauty comes from the smile on her face when you hear the joy in her laughter. Her beauty shows in the cheerfulness of her eyes when she is happy spending time with her family and friends. Her beauty radiates when she cradles a child in her arms. Her beauty comes from the strength she shows when faced with adversity.
The things that truly make a woman beautiful are the little things we so easily take for granted. I don’t think woman was made from man’s rib. I think woman was made from the backbone of man because it’s that backbone support she provides that keeps a good man strong and going in the right direction.
To our young women, the next time you look in the mirror; look at your smile. Look at your eyes when you smile and fullness of your cheeks. Listen to the sound of your heart and the voice of your spirit telling you how beautiful you really are.
