Cherease Renae Richardson was born
on March 9, 1980 in Baltimore,
Maryland. Because she was the
youngest of four daughters, Cherease
often found ways to entertain herself
when her sisters where too busy.

Cherease's special gift was recognized at the early
age of 6 when she would express herself artistically
by painting on the furniture and other items around
their home.

Raised in a strong, God-fearing, family oriented home by
parents from rural North Carolina (father a minister and
mother a prophetess), Cherease was always inspired by
spirituality but not religion. Her passion is within creating a
work of art unusual to everyday genre. Animal paintings
or abstracts of thoughts, feelings and mystical beings are
the usual focal points.

| Since Cherease is mixed with different ethnicities, she does not feel comfortable painting only one ethnic background - for instance African-Americans - unless contracted to do so. |
| Cherease Renae Richardson, a graduate from Morgan State University May 2002 with a Fine Arts B.A., has showcased her artwork throughout Baltimore City. Currently she is working as a professional fine artist in the Baltimore, Columbia, and Glen Burnie regions. |
